Sub 1 Hour

If you have some previous running experience and have a reasonable level of fitness you may feel as though they are at a level to start on 'sub 1 hour' programme and find it sufficient to your needs.

However you may have the capacity to work through this programme and move on to the next level the 'sub 45 minute' programme. If however you find this a bit difficult to begin with then I advise you drop down to' the get round' programme and steadily build your fitness up.
