Sub 45 Minutes
This programme is for people who have a reasonable level of fitness and may be experienced in road running.
If you feel as though you are in this category then the 'sub 45' programme may be for you. If however you find it too difficult I recommend you drop into the 'sub 1 hour programme' If and when you find you are comfortable with it then at some point you may need to move on to the next level the 'sub 38 minute' programme.
